How Twin Lakes redefined the parameters for choosing the right farmhouse property

To educate the prospective buyers about the right questions they need to ask before they buy a farmhouse property from any of the mushrooming developers and to position Twin Lakes by Araville as the best choice, as it ticks off all the boxes, and more!
Idea
We decided to breathe life into our proposition - transforming a bland checklist into a vivd prose of what life at Araville looks like, what living close to nature is all about. We wanted to evangelise not just a property, but a fulfilling, joyous way of life.
Execution
We created a print campaign that was published in the Times of India and Hindustan Times, the two leading dailies, that served as a reassurance that we have looked into every item in a prospective farmhouse buyer’s checklist. The campaign conveyed that we have taken care of every small detail, so ur residents can experience the joys of living close to nature - the chirping of birds, the pitter-patter of rains, the glittering canopy of stars, and the bed of fresh, dewy grass, to name just a few.
